ALIGN T-REX 450PRO V1 v.s. V2

It is out of expectation that the article talked about comparison of 700E F3C V1 and V2 is so popular, which is forwarded worldwide in a short time.
In fact, many people asked about the differences between T-REX 450PRO V1 and V2, let¡¦s talk about the comparison.
Rotor Head
450PRO V1 use traditional rotor head, and the new rotor head has progress as time goes by, washout base is separated originally such as 450 FBL V1. The washout base of V2 is with tail rotor hub, the latter one is easy to assemble, and the height of rotor plate is lower.
The washout base with tail rotor hub has debuted in 700, 600, and 500, why does it stop selling this kind of washout base in 500, 450, and 250?
Actually it is not hard to know, 700, 600, and 550 has released V2, 450 has been the first one, and then 500V2, 250V2 would be the following.
V2 FBL Rotor HeadV1 Traditional Rotor HeadFBL New Rotor Head
Main Frame
Main frame has a big difference, which is the frame added in the frame, what's the frame for? Let's continue to look.

V2
V1
In V2, the receiver and 3GX is put into the frame, the author thinks that the wiring is very complicated. However, now the size of the S.BUS and DSM2 is very small, so the wiring is not that hard.

Sensitivity and button can be adjusted beneath, it is convenient.

And then, the stocked mentioned that the installation of servo became easier, which may confused because it seems no differences from the following two photos. But look at them particularly, the position of the elevator servo installing changes from inside of the frame to the outside, actually the change is slight, but it can definitely improve the weakness that the difficulty of repairing servo.
Can V1 change like this? The author thinks that sanding a bit of frame down may be able to do it. However, look at the preceding photo of receiver and 3GX; you can see the difference of the frame, the author thinks that the frame may be weaken if sanding down the frame and installing the servo outside.

Battery Mount
They are almost the same and even have no differences, it is really hard to find. The only difference is that V2 battery mount has only six screws, while V1 has eight, this change is in order to make repairing easier.

Gyro mount
To install 3GX, the length of gyro mount has changed. In the author's opinion, putting the gyro on the mount is easy to adjust; while putting it inside the frame, the gyro will be protected well. Customers can choose by themselves.

Tail Gearbox
They look the same, there is no change.

Canopy
V2's canopy is brand new and it has new painting which followed the style of V2 series. It looks more powerful!

Brushless Motor
Since debuted, 700MX series motors, it seems like there is a cooling device inside, the temperature during operating decreased significantly. 450MX is the latest brushless motor, and it uses built-in heat sink and fan to increase the efficiency of cooling.
Besides, the size has a little change, which is that the diameter and length of 450MX are longer than 450M. It almost touches the edge of the frame, the diameter change from 28cm to 29.2cm. The torque should be increased, and so as the current and Watt.

 • Maximum current:39A
 • Maximum output Watt:400W
 • KV value:3500KV
 • Size:axis3.5x28x37.5mm
 • Weight: about 76g

Furthermore, there's news that Align is going to release 6S brushless motor, which is really good news for all pilots!
Gyro, Electronic Equipment
V2 only has 3GX version so far, so it certainly uses 3-axis gyro. The tail servo and cyclic servo continue to use Ds410M and DS520 Tail Servo and RCE-BL35X brushless ESC.

Please note, the pinion for V2 is 15T because the motor KV is different.
Here adds the specification provided to refer:
The author is confused about the bid difference of weight, he/ she guess it is because of the simple flybarless structure and because the complicated connecting of traditional receivers has been abandoned, the weight is naturally decreased.

It is really hard to find the differences if not picking out one by one.
In the author's opinion, he/she likes the way of installing the elevator servo outside, and it is really convenient for the author, who is often tests different products.
Besides, the author thinks the new canopy is gorgeous, and he/she has expectation to the power of 450MX motor.
As for the frame inside the frame, the idea is good, however, the author dislike those wiring.

Uuuuy.

No saben conducir despacio jajaja.
